Zumba is a fitness program using Latin dance including salsa, meringue, the tango and others. Definitely one of the best workouts I've had! Within minutes, my heart was pumping, sweat was forming, and after the hour long class, my body was aching. But what makes this exercise program so different, is the fun involved in trying to keep up with the instructors dancing!
If you are like me and the treadmill is just not captivating your attention any longer, forget the 30 minute walk on a treadmill and give zumba a whirl!
