Adventurous Life

Living for Jesus is the most adventurous life to experience! This weekend we had our youth event called The Meet Up. We hung out with the kids, had pizza and the leaders shared their testimonies; the powerful stories of how Jesus changed their lives!

I spent time with Josh and Aaliyah...here is a picture Aaliyah drew. (Daddy, Monica, Breyanna and Aaliyah) Snow continued to fall.....

Saturday night our church traveled to Lancaster for a young adult service with In the Light Ministry. Celebrating their one year anniversary! Pastor Phil stated, "impatience robs us of our blessings." This statement pierced me. I can confirm this from my own experiences. We must learn to wait for God's perfect timing to release destiny and purpose. He is not slow to his promises and he longs to pour out blessings upon his children! But we must wait on Him.
On the drive home, Josh drove and pastor sat in the passenger seat...I couldn't help but smile, it felt as though I was watching my daddy and boyfriend bond! For us girls that is an important moment :)

Sunday's church service was consumed by Holy Spirit fire! A group from the church created a "fire tunnel" and we prayed for the church. God released healing, restoration, and the prophetic! It was a powerful time in the presence of God.
.
After the service we went out to eat as some of the people broke their 21 days of fasting.
.
I feel so thankful to have a life partnered with great people filled with the love of God. We enjoyed each other's company and fellowship, with laughter and joy!
I wake up everyday expectant of what God desires to do in our lives!
