This weekend I will be busy at my annual summer tradition of Purple Door music festival!
Again this year my job is stage security.....when I find out I was instantly transported to two years ago performing the same job.

There I was standing right in front, between the artist on main stage and the large crowd! I was facing the excited people as they watched Anberlin perform, when suddenly I lost my balance when someone pushed me! When I caught myself and turned so see what was going on, Suddenly I was close-lined by the lead singer's mic cord!! And all the other staff members rushed pass me to help support the singer as he jumped off the stage and into the crowd. (I guess I was in his way, even though there was tons of room everywhere around me!!!) I was hoping that no one noticed, but minutes later someone asked if I was ok.....I was so embarrassed!
Anberlin is going to be at the concert again, and I will be sure to keep an eye on them!!!!
