Wednesday night our youth had the awesome experience and opportunity to preach the Word of God! They each had to pick an object (scissors, rock, rope, salt, tape, pencil sharpener, a spoon, fork or knife) After they chose an object they were then told they that had 10 minutes to develop a short message or devotion using their Bibles!! Look of terror spread across their faces instantly! They all began quickly searching the pages and pondering the bible stories they knew to think of some type of correlation with their object.......10 minutes and many big gulps later, they stood before the class one by one to share.
Wow! It was most of these little preacher's first time, and they did awesome!!
I was so proud of each and every one of them! I could see such a hunger developing in them to continue to preach the Gospel, and a thrist to know more of the Word of God! 
Lord, continue to reveal Yourself to this generation, sharpen their swords (the knowledge of Your word) Give them boldness to share the powerful message of Jesus Christ. May they create waves everywhere they go and impact all those around them..for Your glory! Amen
