I love this City! I'm sure it's only because of the grace God has given me, for such a time as this...so many people hate and curse York, and are so scared to come in after dark. But every time I walk out of my apartment, God allows me to take in and see its beauty. There is just something about walking in the cool night air, and the bright green trees out side my windows, birds singing and children laughing (and sure, you become use to the 'loud mouth' people yelling at times) There is something so wonderful about feeling the Holy Spirit cover me as I walk through the enemies camp! I feel such authority and boldness with every step. My heart has begun to ache as I see so many sad and oppressed faces. People's souls are crying out for a Redeemer to rescue them from their hell and pain.
Last night a few ladies from the church gathered in my apartment, aka, the war room! We spent time praying and interceding for this wonderful City! We declared Joel 2:28/Acts 2:17- "And it shall be in the last days, God says, "That I will pour forth of my Spirit on all mankind; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams; even on my bondslaves, both men and women, I will in those days pour forth of my spirit and they shall prophesy."
Get ready for the Great Awakening and the out pouring of the Spirit of God!
